By accessing or using ChatPipe ("Service"), operated by ChatPipe ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ChatPipe is a chat-first platform that lets you build live, shareable web pages through AI-powered conversations. The Service includes AI chat, Live Links (shareable URLs), connected app integrations, and an embeddable SDK.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of all content you create through ChatPipe, including chat messages, generated pages, and uploaded materials ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit your User Content solely to operate and provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have the right to use and share any content you submit through the Service.
ChatPipe allows you to connect third-party services (Gmail, Slack, GitHub, Google Sheets, etc.). By connecting these services:
We store encrypted OAuth tokens to maintain your connections. We do not access your connected accounts except to fulfill actions you explicitly request.
You agree not to use ChatPipe to:
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate this policy, without prior notice.
The ChatPipe name, logo, design, and underlying technology are the property of ChatPipe You may not use our branding without written permission.
Pages you create through ChatPipe are yours. The platform, tools, and AI systems used to generate them are ours.
ChatPipe offers Free, Pro ($19/mo), and Business ($49/mo) plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You can manage your subscription, change plans, or cancel at any time through your account settings.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. ChatPipe does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatPipe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data before deletion.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
